Jo Lawrence is the team’s Client Concierge.  With a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University, and years of experience in the hospitality industry – as well as corporate incentive management – she is a great asset in helping the practice achieve superior client satisfaction and community recognition. Her focus is on client services. She assists and facilitates clients to make sure they get excellent service, in a quick fashion. In addition, she coordinates our client events. Jo makes sure our client’s requests are continually met, and she strives to improve the level of service that they experience when they join Riegel Financial. Jo lives in Springboro with her husband Scott and their two children Tom and Zack.
